Cranial Pudding

Huzzah! I'm done!

Finally, after much stress and homework and assignments and papers and tests... I'M DONE!!! Wrote my last final today, and I think it went pretty good. To be honest, I thought the test was rather easy.. of course, that could still mean that I didn't do so great, but I'm honestly not worried about it. I think that's the important thing. I used to be all paranoid and go back and check over my answers, second guess myself, change an answer or two, only to find out the correct answer was my first choice. So now, whenever I'm done a test, that's it. I make sure everything is in the right place and all circles are colored in "properly". Except now at MRC the answer sheets don't have circles to fill in; no, we get unevenly shaped octagons. Circles are so easy to fill in! Maybe this new shape is to cut down on people "coloring outside the lines".. I just find it harder to make sure I fill it all in. Anyways, the ever growing mountain that is my dirty laundry is begging to be washed. Until next time..

I really oughta buy groceries

So I went to go get some candy from the vending machine, only to realize that there were about 4 other people in the room. Now I know this may sound silly, but I just couldn't decide quickly what I wanted to buy. Chips? Chocolate? It was really bugging me that I couldn't make up my mind and that I felt like these people were noticing how long I was taking. Dumb! How narcissistic am I? Thinking that people are actually watching me.. they're just doing their laundry anyways.

So I got some chips, because I figured they would fill me up more than a chocolate bar. I would eat normal food, but I need to get some groceries. Of course I could make this really yummy dish I bought the ingredients for (about a week ago), but my roommates have used all my pots, so I'm kinda irritated that I can't make it. Do you actually think I'm going to do their dishes? Nuh uh. Think I'm going to go and use one of my precious laundry loonies to go and get some chocolate or sugar or pop. I've got a craving, but I can't figure out what the heck it is. That's bugging me; I think my blood sugar must be low or something.

The first edition

I am so unbelievably tired! All I want to do is go and soak in the tub. I bought an amazing bath bomb a couple weeks ago, and it's calling my name. I can't believe how stressed I am. So many assignments, papers, charting... Then after my finals I'm working retail for the few days before Christmas. It'll be so nice to just relax (hopefully) over the holidays.

I love Christmas songs...especially "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" (knock on wood--Calgary has enough snow for right now). Have you noticed how my thoughts go from one thing to the next? That's the effect of having cranial pudding instead of brains. Like I have said in my "About me", I'm hoping that by posting my thoughts, I might be able to figure out the complexities of my life... the things that cause me stress that I obsess over. Am I OCD?ADHD? The things student nurses love to do is self-diagnose. I swear, the pain in my big toe is gout!

Anyhoo, I must be off in search for some candy...
